Alvaro Peña Cataldo

Alvaro Peña Cataldo is a seasoned technical lead and senior developer with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as a Technical Lead at Rayen Salud since August 2019, Alvaro has contributed significantly to the Melisa (EHR) solution, overseeing analysis, design, development, and implementation processes. Previously, Alvaro worked as a Senior Development Engineer at JUNAEB for the SINAB 2019 project, enhancing the scholarship application system. Alvaro's career also includes a role as a Full Stack Developer at ProactiveOffice.com, focusing on various project management modules and participating in an HSEC management software pilot project. Alvaro holds an Ingeniero Ejecución Informática degree from Duoc UC and has furthered language skills through programs at Internexus Provo and EF International Language Campuses.
