Alex Miltinan

Alex Miltinan has had extensive work experience in quality and HSE management roles. Alex worked as a Quality & HSE Manager at RayGen from 2014 to the present, where they developed and maintained an effective health, safety, and environment management system. Prior to this, they were a Quality Manager & OHS Manager at Solar Systems PTY LTD from 2007 to 2014, where they achieved ISO 9001 certification for the company-wide management system. Alex also worked as a Quality Manager (contract) at City of Melbourne in 2007, where they developed audit plans and led audits of key suppliers. Before that, they were a Quality Manager (contract) at Reino International Pty Ltd from 2006 to 2007, where they reviewed and improved the operational performance of parking meter operations. Earlier in their career, they worked at Okuma Australia Pty Ltd from 1999 to 2006, where they served as an Operations Manager and later as a Project Engineer / QA Representative. Alex also worked at ANCA Machine Tools as a Project Manager / Senior Production Planner from 1997 to 1999, where they were responsible for master production scheduling and demand planning.

Alex Miltinan obtained a Certificate of Technology in Production Tooling Design from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in the period of 1983 to 1984. In 1991, they pursued an Associate Diploma of Engineering (Manufacturing) at Swinburne TAFE. Then, in 1993 to 1994, they attended Box Hill TAFE to earn an Advanced Certificate in Management. Alex also completed a Diploma of OHS from the Victorian Employers' Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VECCI) during 2012.
