Juan Z.

Juan Z. has been in the workforce since 2006, starting as a Manufacturing Technician at Douglas Electrical Components, Inc. In 2007, they moved to Metem -- A GE Power business as a Manufacturing Group Leader, where they managed all aspects of manufacturing operations, product quality, and on-time manufacturing. In 2017, they became a Service Center Supervisor at CHEP, and in 2019 they took a role as PCT Shift Manager at Pfizer. Currently, Juan Z. is the Manufacturing Engineer Manager at RayGen.

Juan Z. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Escuela Colombiana de Carreras Industriales, followed by a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Juan then earned a Master's of Engineering in Advance Manufacturing Technology from Swinburne University of Technology between 2015 and 2016. During this time, they also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification in October 2016. Juan Z. is currently enrolled at Swinburne University of Technology, where they are pursuing an Executive MBA.
