Jess Williams is a seasoned product leader currently serving as Product Lead at Raylo, focusing on customer approvals for subscriptions since September 2025. Previously, Jess held the position of Group Product Manager at Plum from June 2020 to August 2025, leading teams within the Core Experience Pillar. As Cofounder and CEO of Opearlo, an award-winning startup that participated in Y Combinator 2017, Jess successfully exited in 2019.
