Cindy Kube

Cindy Kube has extensive experience in IT and process management, currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Raymond James Financial since June 2000. In this role, Cindy leads a team of analysts in supporting and maintaining Keep the Lights On (KTLO) and Run the Business (RTB) processes, overseeing a comprehensive Service Catalog with over 1400 items/services. Prior positions at Raymond James include Application Specialist, where Cindy contributed to the successful launch of the ServiceNow platform, and Workflow Analyst & Administrator, focusing on business process automation. Earlier career experience includes IT support at St. Petersburg Medical, where Cindy provided advanced support for medical software and assisted with physician scheduling. Cindy holds an Associate degree in Business Administration from St. Petersburg College and a diploma from Northside Christian High School.
