Charles Held

Charles Held is an experienced ticket operations professional with a solid background in the sports industry. Currently serving as Supervisor of Ticket Operations for the Baltimore Orioles since November 2021, responsibilities include leading sales for Spring Training season tickets, overseeing gameday box office operations, and training staff. Prior positions include Ticket Operations Coordinator for the Nashville Sounds Baseball Club, where management of box office operations and staff occurred, and Ticket Operations Administrator for the New York Yankees, focusing on Spring Training sales and collaboration with marketing.
