Ferriss Roberts

Ferriss Roberts currently serves as Manager of Associate Experience and Senior Advisor for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Raymond James, where responsibilities include leading firm-wide DEI communications, enhancing inclusion strategies, and managing internal communications for over 24,000 associates. Previous roles at Mission Health included Communications Strategist and Engagement Editor, overseeing comprehensive communication strategies, and Communications Consultant, where significant improvements in employee engagement were achieved. Earlier experiences include serving as Head Dive Coach at Kansas City Country Club, helping secure notable achievements for the team, and holding various positions in the restaurant industry. Ferriss holds a degree in Management from the University of North Carolina Asheville.
