Gabe Poggi

Gabe Poggi is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate and equity analysis. Currently serving as Managing Director of Real Estate Finance at Raymond James since September 2025, Gabe previously held the position of Managing Director in Franchise Sales at BTIG from September 2020 to September 2025. Prior roles include Senior Managing Director/Partner at Shoals Capital Management and Senior Managing Director, Director of Research at EJF Capital LLC, where Gabe was a member of the Executive Committee. Earlier in the career, Gabe was Senior Vice President at FBR, specializing as a Senior Equity Analyst. Academic credentials include a degree from Vanderbilt University and a secondary education from Gilman School.
