Gretchen Doane

Gretchen Doane is an accomplished administrative professional with extensive experience in high-level executive support. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chair and Chief Executive Officer at Raymond James Financial, Inc. since February 2016, Gretchen previously held the position of Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President and Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at CSX Transportation. Prior administrative roles include serving as Administrative Officer for the Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron FOUR ZERO and the Blue Angels, along with several positions within the US Navy, culminating as Ship's Secretary on the USS Nimitz. Gretchen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Ashford University and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from the University of Maryland.
