Medha Chadha

Medha Chadha serves as the Head of Healthcare Equity Capital Markets at Raymond James, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Medha was a Managing Director at Lazard from September 2021 to September 2025, focusing on Capital Markets Advisory. Medha's extensive experience includes senior leadership roles at AlloVir, an ElevateBio Company, and ElevateBio as Senior Vice President of Corporate Planning and Investor Relations from May 2020 to September 2021. Additionally, Medha was the US Head of Equity Capital Markets Syndicate at Cantor Fitzgerald, where responsibilities included building and managing an equity capital markets syndicate business and cultivating relationships with C-level clients between May 2017 and May 2020. Prior roles at Credit Suisse, ranging from Analyst to Director, involved leading global deal teams and serving as a subject matter expert in the healthcare and TMT sectors. Medha holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Economics from New York University.
