Mike Murphy

Mike Murphy currently serves as the Director in Compliance Project Management and Regulation Change Management at Raymond James since November 2022, after transitioning into roles including Organization Management & Process Improvement Consultant. Murphy's previous military career with the US Army spanned nearly two decades, where significant positions included Deputy Division Chief and Organizational Design Lead at SOCOM, and various strategic planning roles advising senior executives at the Department of Defense. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Colorado State University, a Master’s in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, and a Bachelor's in Computer and Information Systems from Missouri State University.
