Rebecca Mohan-Gonzales

Rebecca Mohan-Gonzales is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the insurance and financial services industries. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Raymond James since January 2019, Rebecca oversees the Talent Acquisition for Branch/Next Gen Advisor Pipeline Programs and Campus and Pipeline Programs, while also holding the title of HR Chair for the Veterans Inclusion Network. Previously, Rebecca worked at Combined Insurance from May 2011 to January 2019 as a Talent Acquisition Partner and contributed to the company's mission as part of Chubb, the largest publicly traded property and casualty insurer. Prior experience includes serving as a Territory Recruiter for Colonial Life from April 2006 to April 2011, focusing on agency growth in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Rebecca holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Chatham University, completed in 2008.
