Ryne Burds, M.A., M.S. is a seasoned professional in business advising and talent outreach with a strong background in higher education and student affairs. Currently serving as a Senior Business Advisor for Early Careers Recruiting at Raymond James, Ryne previously held the position of Talent Outreach Specialist at KnowBe4, where significant achievements included organizing recruitment events and overseeing a global internship program.
