Sara Knowles Murphy

Sara Knowles Murphy is an accomplished human resources professional currently serving as Senior Vice President and Human Resources Partner for the Private Client Group at Raymond James since April 2020. Previous roles include Vice President of HR Business Partner for various sectors at WEX, and Senior Director of Total Rewards and Global People Operations at IDEXX, where innovative people programs were developed for global employee engagement. Additional experience includes significant leadership positions in human resources at Unum, Fairchild Semiconductor, and Putnam Investments. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from the University of Maine and is currently pursuing further education through Wharton Executive Education.
