Damian Sousa

Damian Sousa serves as chief compliance officer of Carillon Tower Advisers. Prior to joining Eagle Asset Management in 2002, he spent five years at FleetBoston Financial as senior vice president, director of compliance of Fleet Investment Advisors and vice president, senior compliance manager of Fleet Corporate Compliance. Before that, Damian spent seven years with John Hancock Advisers as senior internal auditor. He earned a B.A. from Saint Leo College and an M.B.A. from Salem State College. Damian is a Certified Internal Auditor and also holds the Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) and Certified Fraud Examiner designations.
