Joy Facos

Joy Facos serves as Carillon Tower Advisers’ Head of Responsible Investing. She is responsible for leading the firm’s continued progress on the Principles for Responsible Investment and working with investment affiliates, consultants, and clients on matters involving environmental, social, and governance (ESG) investing. Before joining the firm in 2020, she spent 10 years in the field of sustainable and responsible investing, most recently as principal at ESG Research Associates. She has focused on integrating ESG factors into investment processes, overseen proxy voting and guideline development, and designed and implemented corporate engagement initiatives. She has been a financial services professional for more than 20 years and has a B.A. in English from Yale University.
