Nikita Nanoskar is an experienced professional in talent management and employer branding, currently serving as a Specialist at Raymond Limited since April 2023, where strategies for talent identification, development, and engagement have been spearheaded. Prior roles include Senior Associate Talent & Organizational Development at Titan, focusing on designing and executing talent strategies, and Senior Human Resources Generalist, where attention to performance evaluation and stakeholder career mapping was emphasized.
