Jess Santos

Jess Santos is an accomplished project specialist currently working with Raymond West since January 2023, focusing on the Systems Team. Jess has diverse experience in business development and marketing, having previously contributed to Hyundai Technology's launch in Manila as a business development specialist and serving as a strategic marketing consultant for OASIS Medical during their MBA studies. Jess has held various project management positions, including roles at Johnson Controls and Tyco SimplexGrinnell, where skills in compliance and project execution were developed. Jess's educational background includes an MBA from Pepperdine University, a BA in Theatre from Virginia Tech, and a Career Switcher program in Education from Regent University.
