Julie Leon is an accomplished professional with over 10 years of experience in the management of Environmental, Health, Safety, and Worker’s Compensation programs within manufacturing environments. Currently serving as the Director of EHS at Raymond West, Julie has previously held roles including EHS Manager at Raymond West, Regional Safety Manager at Reyes Beer Division, and EHS Leader at Hussmann. With a strong background in safety and Worker’s Compensation, Julie has demonstrated an ability to analyze operations, identify improvement areas, and implement plans that drive profitable results. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Ashford University and a Professional Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from UCSD - Extension.
