Tim Rolph

Tim Rolph, CPTM, currently serves as the Senior Corporate Training Manager at Raymond West, a position held since October 2023. With extensive experience in corporate training and project management, Tim previously worked as a Project Coordinator at the Institute for Business and Professional Ethics at DePaul University, where initiatives included adult learning programs and co-producing an Emmy Award-winning documentary series. As the Manager of Training Design and Delivery at United Ground Express, Tim led a large team to enhance airport operations training, while also managing significant projects for airport service expansions. Additionally, as the Learning and Development Manager at Great Wolf Resorts, Inc., Tim implemented training initiatives that significantly improved sales conversion rates. Tim holds a Master of Arts in Writing and Publishing and a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Cinema and Creative Writing, both from DePaul University, achieving a 3.9 GPA in all academic programs.
