Since November 2016, Dan has been with Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses, progressing from Sales Lead to Regional Director of Sales, where responsibilities include managing sales associates, leading meetings, coaching staff, and addressing customer-related issues. Prior to this role, Dan served as Vice President at Joey G's Cafe, overseeing multiple locations and involving in all major management decisions, including hiring, training, and business expansion.
