Patrick Hynes

Patrick Hynes possesses extensive experience in human resources and people engagement, currently serving as the Regional VP of People & Engagement at Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses since July 2012. Prior to this role, Patrick held several key positions within the same company, including Regional Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Business Partner. From November 2008 to July 2012, Patrick contributed to Teachers College, Columbia University as a Senior Human Resources Generalist. Earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist at Allied Building Products Corp. and as a Compensation and Survey Analyst at Willis Towers Watson. Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Ramapo College of New Jersey and has further education from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
