Sandy Reyes is a seasoned human resources professional with significant experience in employee engagement and organizational culture. Currently serving as the Regional People & Engagement Partner at Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses since July 2023, Sandy previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Generalist at Metallized Carbon Corporation from June 2021 to February 2023, where the focus was on measuring employee engagement and acting as a liaison among various organizational levels.
