Erin Rotonde has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Erin began their career at Graphic Packaging International, LLC in 2018 as a Continuous Improvement Manager. Erin then joined International Paper in 1993, where they held various roles including Account Executive, West Coast Sales Representative, East Coast Sales Representative, and North America Customer Service Manager. Erin later assumed positions as North America Marketing Manager, Director Customer Value Management, Distribution Channel Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, and finally Marketing Manager. In 2021, Erin moved to Stryker and served as a Senior Manager Customer Service for a year. Currently, they are working as a Customer Service Manager at Rayner since 2023.

Erin Rotonde has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English & Communications from Chestnut Hill College. Prior to that, they earned a Sales & Business Certification in International Paper from Kellogg Executive Education in 2006 and a Marketing Certification in International Paper from Kellogg Executive Education in 2005. In addition, they obtained a Green Belt Certification (GB) from International Paper in January 2016.
