Marta Malesza-Sitarek's work experience includes various roles in marketing and communication. Marta currently works as a Marketing Manager at Rayner since 2022. Previously, they worked at Optegra Eye Health Care as a Digital Marketing Manager from September 2021 to March 2022, and as a Refractive Marketing Lead from October 2019 to March 2022. In these roles, they were responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for 9 eye clinics in Poland. Marta also developed marketing strategies for laser vision correction and presbyopia correction, created promotional and educational content, and conducted market trend analysis.

Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Service Specialist at 4e Advertising Agency from 2013 to 2014, and as a Senior Account Executive at MARTIS GROUP from 2012 to 2013. Marta started their career as an Account Executive at VA very advertising from 2008 to 2011, and as a Sales Marketing Support at Umbrella Marketing Group Sp. z o.o. from 2006 to 2007.

Marta Malesza-Sitarek pursued their education chronologically as follows: From 2002 to 2007, they attended Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie, where they obtained a degree in "magister/inżynier" with a focus on "Badanie zachowań konsumentów" on the faculty of Nauk o Żywieniu Człowieka i Konsumpcji. Subsequently, from 2008 to 2010, they enrolled in podyplomowe studia strategii marketingowej at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
