Rick E.

Rick E.'s work experience begins in 2004 when they worked as an Industrial Placement Student at BP, specifically in the PSM group. Rick'smain project involved investigating the pressure relief system on the refinery's Liquefied Petroleum Gas unit. Rick then moved on to GSK in 2006, where they took on various roles. As a Graduate Process Engineer, they worked from September 2006 to May 2009. Rick then became a Process Support Engineer from May 2009 to June 2011. Following that, they served as an Assistant Team Leader from June 2011 to February 2013. Rick then held the position of Project Engineer in the Technical Department from February 2013 to July 2015. After that, they became a Restart Project Manager in the Technical Department from July 2015 to July 2017, during which time they managed two significant projects. From July 2017 to April 2018, they worked as a PMO Project Lead, overseeing the decontamination and decommissioning of GSK's Primary site in Worthing.

Rick'smost recent work experience has been at Rayner, where they began in 2018 as a Project Manager. Rick then moved on to become a Programme Manager for the Direct Markets from January 2020 to December 2020.
