Milena Moreno Cárdenas

Milena Moreno Cárdenas currently serves as the Directora de Proyectos Especiales and Operations Manager for Colombia at Rayo Financial Services since November 2019, having previously held the position of Senior Manager Fintech LATAM. Prior experience includes serving as Director General at Lovely Spanish from November 2017 to November 2019, and in various operational roles at Banco Caja Social from June 2010 to November 2017, where leadership focused on enhancing efficiency and integration across departments. Milena's earlier roles include Senior Credit Professional at Banco Davivienda and Credit Analyst at Banco AV Villas, where Milena gained extensive experience in credit analysis and client relations. Milena holds a Master in Business Finance from Brunel University London, a General English certification from Malvern House London, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad La Gran Colombia.
