Martin Lavoie

Martin Lavoie, MBA, has over 20 years of professional experience in various roles in sales, marketing, and management. Martin most recently served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Paper at Rayonier Advanced Materials since 2016. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Sales for Canada at Planchers Mercier from 2014 to 2016. From 2009 to 2013, they held senior positions at RONA, including Senior Director of Market Development and Director of Growth and Innovation. Martin also worked as the Director of Industrial Marketing at Cascades from 2007 to 2009 and as the Marketing Director at RONA from 1999 to 2007. Martin began their career as an Account Manager at Desjardins Bibeau Inc. in 1995. Martin holds a Bachelor's degree from HEC Montréal and has served in various roles at HEC Montréal and Le Réseau HEC.

Martin Lavoie obtained their Bachelor's degree in Marketing and International Management from HEC Montréal in 1991. Martin also attended HEC Liège in 1990 for a brief period to study the same field. Later, they pursued an MBA in General Business Management from EMBA McGill HEC Montréal between 2009 and 2011.
