William R. Manzer

William R. Manzer is the Senior Vice President Manufacturing Operations at Rayonier Advanced Materials. William has over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, holding various leadership positions during that time.

Manzer began their career with Champion International in 1996 as Vice President, General Manager. William then spent four years with Fraser Papers from 2000 to 2004, first as Vice President Operations and then as Sr VP Business Strategy & Projects. In 2008, they joined Rayonier as Vice President Manufacturing Operations, a position they held for six years before being promoted to their current role.

At Rayonier, Manzer is responsible for operating the Performance Fiber pulp mills and Southeast Lumber mills. William has successfully increased productivity and efficiency at both facilities while also maintaining a high level of safety. Under their leadership, the company has seen significant growth and profitability.

William R. Manzer graduated from the University of Maine with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.

William R. Manzer works with Frank A. Ruperto - EVP, High Purity and High Yield Cellulose Business, James L. Posze - Senior Vice President Human Resources, and Marcus Moeltner - Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President. Their manager is Paul G. Boynton , Chairman, President & CEO .
