Travis Newton is a seasoned finance and real estate professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and portfolio management. Currently serving as the Director of Financial Analysis & Planning at Rayonier since August 2014, Travis has also held roles such as Senior Portfolio Manager and Land Portfolio Manager within the same organization. Prior to Rayonier, Travis worked as a Corporate Real Estate Specialist at Florida Blue and served as a Senior Business Analyst at Rayonier. Earlier career experience includes project management positions at Zev Cohen and Associates, Inc. and DR Horton. Travis holds an MBA in Finance, Real Estate & Urban Analysis from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business and a BS in Finance and Geography from the University of Florida.
