Paul Svoboda is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the HVAC industry and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Commercial Sales Manager for the Midwest Region at Rheem Manufacturing and as Regional Sales Manager at Raypak, Paul has honed expertise in sales management and technical training throughout a career that includes roles such as Service and Support Manager at Crescent Parts & Equipment, Midwest Regional Manager at Robert Bosch Thermotechnologies, and Area Sales Manager at Sturgeon Bay Holdings INC. Paul also has a robust background in military service, being a former Equipment Operator in the US Navy and a Specialist in the US Army, complemented by commendations such as the Navy Achievement Medal and the Army Achievement Medal.
