Björn Hårdemark

Björn Hårdemark has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in the fields of science, physics, and software engineering. Starting in 1996, they completed military service with Försvarets Radioanstalt, FRA. In 2002, they began their career at RaySearch Laboratories as a Research Engineer and later took on roles such as Project Manager and Senior Software Engineer. Björn then progressed to become the Chief Physicist, Director of Research, and Chief Science Officer. In 2015, Björn Hårdemark assumed the position of Deputy CEO. Björn also served as the Interim CFO for a period from April 2022 to November 2022.

Björn Hårdemark pursued their education by attending Adolf Fredriks Musikklasser from 1987 to 1993. Björn continued their education at Stockholms Musikgymnasium from 1993 to 1996. Afterwards, they enrolled in KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 1997 to 2002, where they earned their MSc degree in Engineering physics.
