Jakob Fredriksson

Jakob Fredriksson has been serving as an IT-administratör at RaySearch Laboratories since January 2021, where responsibilities include case management via Zendesk, overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes, and managing software and hardware troubleshooting. Jakob has expertise in user and device management through Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, group policy and firewall management, as well as experience with Sophos Central. Deployment of computers through Intune and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit is also part of Jakob's role, alongside advising colleagues on hardware purchases and managing IT storage to ensure availability of updated peripherals. Prior to this, Jakob completed an internship during which Jakob contributed to IT infrastructure projects and briefly worked as a cloud engineer. Previous experience includes roles as an airport controller and security guard. Jakob pursued education at Lernia from 2019 to 2021.
