Patrik Malm

Patrik Malm is a highly skilled software engineer presently employed at RaySearch Laboratories since July 2022, focusing on control software for radiation therapy treatment. Prior experience includes a role as Team Manager and Senior Scientist at Vironova AB from September 2016 to July 2022, as well as positions as a Research Engineer at IMINT Image Intelligence AB and Development Engineer at Elekta Instrument AB, where Patrik contributed to software development for medical devices, including system and data architecture design. An early career experience as a PhD student at the Centre for Image Analysis involved developing algorithms for automated screening of Pap-smears. Patrik holds a Ph.D. in Image Analysis from Uppsala University and a Master of Science in Biotechnology and Bioinformatics from Linköping University.
