Roland Kosak

Roland Kosak is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in software development and leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Competence Group Manager at RaySearch Laboratories since March 2017, Roland has also held positions as Team Lead and Senior System Developer. Prior experience includes roles as Lead Software Architect and Chief Architect at Visma and MFEX, respectively, focused on architectural leadership and product development. Earlier career stages featured significant contributions at Extenda, 4T Solutions, Linq, BoldSoft AB, and Cascade Computing AB, where Roland worked extensively with technologies including C++, Oracle, and SQL Server. Education was completed at the University of Borås from 1990 to 1992.
