Ashley Roberts has over 20 years of experience in technical support and systems analysis, currently serving as a System Analyst at Raytheon Australia since March 2009. Responsibilities include overseeing enterprise systems, troubleshooting incidents, and providing application support. Previous roles include Application Support Analyst and Desk Support Analyst, where Ashley managed operational support for the AWD PLM application and provided technical assistance to users. Prior to Raytheon, positions at Coventry Group LTD and HP Enterprise Services involved customer support and helpdesk coordination, enhancing skills in incident management and user training.
