Brian C. Rogers

Brian C. Rogers is a member of the Raytheon Technologies Board of Directors. He has expertise in finance, risk management and senior leadership.

Rogers has been a member of the Raytheon Technologies board (including his service on the predecessor United Technologies Corporation board) since 2016.

He was the chairman of the board of directors of the investment management firm T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. He also held various other senior leadership roles, including chief investment officer.

Rogers is a director of Lowe’s Companies Inc., serves on the board of trustees of Johns Hopkins Medicine and the board of directors of Harvard Management Company.

He holds an MBA in finance from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard University.
