Throughout their career, Marty has held various roles such as Senior Principal Systems Engineer, Sr. Systems Engineer, Sr. Engineering Manager, Platform Systems Architect, and Systems Engineer. Marty has demonstrated expertise in system decomposition, technical design authority, safety analyses, fault tree construction, and project management. Marty has a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from the University of Iowa.
