Steve Serra

Steve Serra is an experienced executive with a proven track record in driving digital transformation and innovation across various industries. Currently serving as the VP of Data, Strategy & Products at RTX since April 2020, Steve plays a key role in the newly formed EDX unit following the merger of UTC’s aerospace divisions with Raytheon. Prior to this, Steve was the VP of Product & Innovation at United Technologies, where contributions were made as a founding member of the Digital Accelerator. Previous roles include Group VP at Huge, Executive Director at frog design, and Account Director at LBi, with a strong focus on leading digital initiatives and managing major accounts. Steve began a career in education, teaching English, and holds a Master of Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University as well as a BA in English and Neuroscience from Oberlin College.
