Dr Adam E. White

Dr. Adam E. White has extensive work experience in the field of space and security. Dr Adam E. has held various roles in different companies and organizations. Dr Adam E. started their career as a Systems Engineer at SSTL in 2010. Dr Adam E. then worked as a Senior Researcher at the University of Southampton from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they joined EnerSys ABSL Space Products as a Technical Manager and Product Development Engineer. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Engineering Consultant at Deimos Space. In 2017, they became the Head of Space Surveillance and Tracking and Senior Technical Manager at Deimos Space UK. In 2018, they joined Dstl as the Principal Scientist for Space and Sensing Systems. From 2019 to 2022, they served as the Technical Director at NORSS (Northern Space and Security Ltd). Dr Adam E. also held various roles at the UK Space Agency, including Senior Orbital Analyst, Inter-Agency Space Debris Co-ordination Committee Delegate, and Technical SST Lead. Currently, they are the CTO and Technical Director at Raytheon UK NORSS.

Dr. Adam E. White holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical/Space Engineering from the University of Southampton. Dr Adam E. also earned a Master's Degree in MEng Space Systems Engineering from the same institution. In addition to their academic achievements, Dr. White has obtained various certifications and memberships including being a Chartered Engineer (CEng) accredited by the Engineering Council, a Committee Member of the Space Group Committee at the Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS), a Fellow (FRAeS) of the Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS), a Fellow of the British Interplanetary Society, and they have completed the PRINCE2™ Foundation Certification Training from PeopleCert.
