Graeme Soutar

Graeme Soutar is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and defense sectors. Currently serving as Engineering Services Manager at Raytheon UK since October 2015, Graeme oversees multi-disciplinary teams focused on various engineering disciplines. Prior to this role, Graeme held several key positions at FMC Technologies, including Programme Engineering Manager, and at MESL Microwave LTD as Project Engineering Group Leader and Project Manager. Experience also includes the role of NPI Manager at Agilent Technologies and Engineering Manager at Solectron. Early career highlights include positions as Senior Test Engineer at Solectron and Test Development Engineer at Hughes Aircraft Company. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Advanced Electronic Design from Edinburgh Napier University and a BEng (Hons) in Electronic Engineering from Abertay University.
