Paul Rocca has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Paul started their career in 1998 as a Project Manager at Brill Engineering Ltd, where they developed test systems and process control systems for various industries. Paul then became the Managing Director at Brill Engineering, running the company and working with prominent clients such as BAe Systems and Gillette.

In 2004, Rocca joined AudioSoft Ltd as the Special Projects Director, where they oversaw specific projects until 2005. Paul then moved to Ultra Electronics - AudioSoft in 2008, serving as the Research Director until 2012. During this time, they managed research activities within the company.

Rocca joined Ultra Electronics Audiosoft in 2012 as the Technical Director, responsible for managing development tasks and delivering technical solutions to customers. As the program evolved, they took on additional responsibilities such as providing engineering estimates and staffing plans, contributing to bids, and representing the engineering function at gate reviews.

Rocca then held the position of Head of Engineering for Cyber & Intelligence at Raytheon UK from 2017 to 2019. In this leadership role, they were responsible for all engineering matters across the business unit, overseeing multiple programs and managing a significant budget and delivery team.

Currently, Rocca serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Raytheon UK, a position they have held since 2019. In this role, they are responsible for driving the company's technology strategy and innovation initiatives.

Paul Rocca has a strong education background in the field of science and technology. Paul obtained their PhD in Ferroelectric Liquid Crystals from The University of Sheffield, where they studied from 1993 to 1996. Prior to that, from 1987 to 1990, they pursued a BSc in Chemistry from The University of Manchester.
