Stephan Fortune

Stephan Fortune is a seasoned professional in training and development, currently serving as the Training and Development Lead at Raytheon UK since September 2012, where responsibilities include managing graduate and apprentice development, addressing skills gaps, and exploring new technologies in manufacturing. Previously, Stephan held roles as an SAP/ERP Manufacturing Specialist and Manufacturing Engineer, enhancing expertise in SAP systems and manufacturing processes.
