Stephen Hart

Stephen Hart has a diverse and extensive work experience. Stephen began their career in the military, serving in various leadership roles within the Royal Marines from 1997 to 2013, including as a Task Force Commander and a member of the Security and Defence Review Team. Following their military service, Stephen held positions at the Defence Academy of the UK as the Head of Command Leadership and Management Training, and at the Royal Navy as the First Sea Lord Fellow. In 2016, they became the Managing Director of the NHS Leadership Academy, where they were responsible for learning and development and talent management for a workforce of 1.5 million. In 2019, Stephen joined Virti as the Chief Operating Officer, where they worked on scaling and expanding the provision of learning and development services and software internationally. Currently, they are the Head of Training Transformation Services at Raytheon UK.

Stephen Hart has a Master's degree in Defence Studies from King's College London, which they obtained between the years 2013 and 2014. In 2016 and 2017, they pursued a Masters in Business Administration from Stratford Business School. Additionally, in the years 1994 to 1997, Stephen earned a BA(Hons) degree in Economics from a university in Birmingham.
