Cheryl Williams, AAS, BSHCA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in medical billing and claims processing. Currently serving as the Team Lead Billing Specialist at Dent Neurologic Institute since October 2017, Cheryl has also held the position of Claims Processor at Fidelis Care since May 2017. Additionally, Cheryl has been an Account Representative at the Center for Diagnostic Imaging since June 2014, where responsibilities include claims submission and resolution for multiple states. Previously, Cheryl worked as an Account Representative for Dell Services, assisting The Methodist Hospital with transplant patient claims, and as an Administrative Assistant/Admissions Coordinator at De Paul Living Opportunities. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Healthcare Service Administration and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Administrative Medical Assistant, both from Bryant & Stratton College.
