Rachelle Elsdon

Rachelle Elsdon is currently a Senior Associate Scientist I at RayzeBio, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Rachelle worked at Boundless Bio from March 2020 to October 2025, progressing through positions including Senior Research Associate I, Research Associate II, and Research Associate within the Chemistry department. Rachelle's earlier experience includes a role as a Research Associate II at BioBlocks, Inc. from March 2015 to March 2020, where contributions were made to chemical synthesis and purification as well as project management for synthetic chemistry supporting drug discovery collaborations. Rachelle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from UC San Diego and multiple Associate degrees in Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics from Chaffey College.
