Ariel Behr

Ariel Behr has a strong background in community development and program management. They most recently served as the Associate Director at Raza Development Fund since May 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Deputy Chief Program Officer at Lenox Hill Neighborhood House from April 2012 to June 2014. Ariel also worked as a Senior Program Officer at Local Initiatives Support Corporation's Educational Facilities Financing Center from October 2010 to March 2012. They started their career with Local Initiatives Support Corporation NYC as a Community Development Officer from December 2005 to October 2010. Ariel's early professional experience includes working as the Director of the Computer Resource Centers Program at the City of New York, Parks & Recreation from August 1998 to June 2003.

Ariel Behr completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology at Swarthmore College from 1994 to 1998. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Columbia Business School, where they studied from 2003 to 2005.
