Kazandra Esperanza Zelaya

Kazandra Esperanza Zelaya is an accomplished data analyst with extensive experience in community impact assessment and data visualization. Currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst at Raza Development Fund, Kazandra has developed a social impact framework and implemented organization-wide data initiatives. Previous roles include contributions as a Research & Data Analyst and Data Visualization Specialist at Raza Development Fund, along with positions at Southern California Association of Governments, The Toothpick Project, and various internships focused on data analysis and program development. Kazandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Analysis and Classical Studies from Claremont McKenna College.
