Paulina Olson

Paulina Olson is an accomplished investment professional currently serving as an Investment Associate at Raza Development Fund since July 2021. Previously, Paulina held the position of Investment Analyst and worked as a Government Consultant at Columbia Capital Management, where significant contributions included the creation of an economic health monitoring system for DeSoto City. Other notable experiences include roles at Cook County Assessor's Office as a Policy Intern, at Latino Policy Forum as a Policy Associate focusing on COVID-19 data analysis, and at the University of Chicago as a Graduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant. Paulina holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago, specializing in municipal finance and policy analysis, and a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Northwest.
