Charlie Ayres

Charlie Ayres has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Charlie is currently the Co-founder & COO of Raze, a company focused on revolutionizing advertising. Prior to this role, they co-founded Bagboard, a company aimed at replacing single-use plastic with eco-friendly paper products funded by advertising. Bagboard achieved significant success, including funding rounds, partnerships with major retailers, and press coverage. The intellectual property of Bagboard was eventually sold and carried forward by Raze. Charlie also served as a Growth Manager at FinTech Global, an Account Manager at AltAssets, and an Operations Lead at Canny Media. Charlie started their career at Virgin Media working in retentions.

Charlie Ayres earned a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from the University of York, where they studied from 2012 to 2015.
